Vis\u00e3o Geral do Projeto<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><p>Vis\u00e3o Ambiental: Este projeto est\u00e1 localizado na cidade de L\u00fcliang, prov\u00edncia de Shanxi. A \u00e1rea apresenta uma topografia de planalto de loess, com terreno predominantemente composto por colinas de loess e varia\u00e7\u00f5es significativas de altitude. <\/p><p>Vis\u00e3o geral do projeto: A extra\u00e7\u00e3o de metano de carv\u00e3o profundo gera fraturamento substancial (fraturamento de efluente) e \u00e1gua de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Esses fluxos de \u00e1guas residuais apresentam caracter\u00edsticas complexas de qualidade da \u00e1gua, incluindo alto teor polim\u00e9rico, concentra\u00e7\u00f5es elevadas de \u00f3leo mineral, s\u00f3lidos suspensos significativos e altos n\u00edveis de salinidade, com alto teor de COD, teor de sal e valores de dureza que restringem as vias de descarga. Escopo do Projeto e Requisitos T\u00e9cnicos<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><h3><strong><b>2.1 Escopo do Projeto e Limite de Constru\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>O escopo deste projeto inclui a conclus\u00e3o da prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de pacotes de tecnologia de processos de tratamento de \u00e1gua, colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com unidades de projeto para finalizar projetos de engenharia; entrega de fornecimento de equipamentos, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o no local para instala\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de equipamentos, supervis\u00e3o do comissionamento do sistema e gerenciamento da opera\u00e7\u00e3o de testes antes do lan\u00e7amento em produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><p>(1) Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de pacotes de tecnologia de processos de tratamento de \u00e1gua e colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com unidades de projeto para concluir o projeto de engenharia: Desenvolver pacotes de tecnologia de processos para fornecer os dados e materiais necess\u00e1rios para o projeto de engenharia; Auxiliar as unidades de projeto na conclus\u00e3o do projeto preliminar e do desenho de constru\u00e7\u00e3o para esta\u00e7\u00f5es de tratamento de \u00e1gua, al\u00e9m de fornecer coment\u00e1rios de revis\u00e3o sobre projetos relevantes.<\/p><p>(2) Fornecimento de equipamentos: O escopo de trabalho do vendedor inclui o design, fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o, testes, embalagem, transporte, descarga, i\u00e7amento e posicionamento de todos os equipamentos dentro do escopo de fornecimento.<\/p><p>(3) Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o no local para instala\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de equipamentos: O vendedor deve enviar t\u00e9cnicos tecnicamente proficientes, altamente qualificados e diligentes para fornecer orienta\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica no local durante a instala\u00e7\u00e3o, comissionamento e opera\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento.<\/p><p>(4) Depura\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema: O vendedor \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pela depura\u00e7\u00e3o de uma \u00fanica m\u00e1quina e pela depura\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta do sistema (incluindo aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoal durante a depura\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/p><p>O vendedor dever\u00e1 fornecer servi\u00e7os de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o de equipamentos, aloca\u00e7\u00e3o de ferramentas e monitoramento de desempenho da qualidade da \u00e1gua por terceiros. O vendedor \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por compilar manuais de opera\u00e7\u00e3o de teste e manuais operacionais necess\u00e1rios durante os processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. O vendedor dever\u00e1 especificar desvios dos requisitos do comprador na forma de uma tabela de desvios baseada em seus pr\u00f3prios produtos, desde que esses desvios excedam os requisitos especificados pelo comprador. <\/li><\/ol><p>(6) Linha de limite de entrega de equipamentos<\/p><ol><li>O vendedor \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo fornecimento completo dos equipamentos, incluindo a entrega e instala\u00e7\u00e3o do pr\u00f3prio equipamento e dos acess\u00f3rios de instala\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Na jun\u00e7\u00e3o entre a tubula\u00e7\u00e3o principal externa de entrada de \u00e1gua e a interface de entrada do equipamento de tratamento de \u00e1gua, assim como no ponto de conex\u00e3o entre a sa\u00edda do equipamento de tratamento de \u00e1gua e a interface do tanque integrado. O vendedor deve fornecer flanges e parafusos de ancoragem nas \u00e1reas de fronteira da interface. As flanges devem estar em conformidade com as normas HG20592 (S\u00e9rie A), com classifica\u00e7\u00f5es de press\u00e3o PN16 e RF. As juntas em todo o equipamento devem atender \u00e0s especifica\u00e7\u00f5es HG\/T20606-2009 usando placas de politetrafluoretileno. Os fixadores devem seguir os padr\u00f5es HG\/T20613-2009.    <\/li><li>O vendedor ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por fornecer equipamentos para opera\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de plataformas, escadas, corrim\u00e3os de prote\u00e7\u00e3o, etc.<\/li><\/ol><p>(7) Linha de limite de fornecimento el\u00e9trico<\/p><ol><li>A interface deve ser demarcada pelo bloco terminal na extremidade inferior do gabinete de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, a remo\u00e7\u00e3o abrangente de outros contaminantes deve ser implementada para facilitar a reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o segura de \u00e1guas residuais. A remo\u00e7\u00e3o de dureza normalmente emprega tr\u00eas principais m\u00e9todos de tratamento: troca i\u00f4nica, endurecimento qu\u00edmico e endurecimento por membrana. Cada abordagem possui caracter\u00edsticas distintas e cen\u00e1rios aplic\u00e1veis. Tecnologias de troca i\u00f4nica e membrana s\u00e3o geralmente adequadas para \u00e1gua de qualidade favor\u00e1vel e n\u00edveis relativamente baixos de polui\u00e7\u00e3o, pois dureza excessiva e contaminantes org\u00e2nicos frequentemente levam a desafios operacionais devido ao frequente ensujamento e obstru\u00e7\u00e3o. Quando s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias altas taxas de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de dureza ou baixos valores de controle de dureza de descarga, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o serial em m\u00faltiplos est\u00e1gios torna-se necess\u00e1ria, aumentando a complexidade operacional. A efic\u00e1cia do endurecimento qu\u00edmico \u00e9 significativamente influenciada pelo teor e propriedades de pol\u00edmeros na \u00e1gua bruta. Pol\u00edmeros de alto peso molecular, com cadeias longas e alta viscosidade, exibem fortes capacidades de dispers\u00e3o, atuando como antifloculantes que interferem na flocula\u00e7\u00e3o eficaz e na separa\u00e7\u00e3o coloide, reduzindo assim a efici\u00eancia da separa\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00f3lido-l\u00edquido. Para resolver esses problemas, essa solu\u00e7\u00e3o incorpora uma unidade eletroqu\u00edmica de quebra de gel. Essa abordagem aproveita as caracter\u00edsticas e pontos fortes \u00fanicos de cada unidade de tratamento para garantir um tratamento eficaz da \u00e1gua bruta e uma reutiliza\u00e7\u00e3o segura e est\u00e1vel. <\/p><p>De acordo com o plano diretor, a \u00e1gua tratada desse esquema e a \u00e1gua do Rio Amarelo formam a fonte de \u00e1gua que se fragmenta.
