Daerah ini memiliki topografi dataran tinggi loess, dengan medan yang sebagian besar terdiri dari perbukitan loess dan variasi ketinggian yang signifikan. <\/p><p>Ikhtisar Proyek: Ekstraksi metana batubara dalam menghasilkan rekahan substansial &#8216;\u8fd4\u6392\u6db2&#8217; (rekahan limbah) dan air produksi. Aliran air limbah ini menunjukkan karakteristik kualitas air yang kompleks, termasuk kandungan polimer yang tinggi, konsentrasi minyak mineral yang tinggi, padatan tersuspensi yang signifikan, dan tingkat salinitas yang tinggi, dengan nilai COD, kandungan garam, dan kekerasan yang tinggi secara keseluruhan yang membatasi jalur pembuangan. Ruang lingkup proyek dan persyaratan teknis<\/b><\/strong><\/h2><h3><strong><b>2.1 Ruang Lingkup Proyek dan Batas Konstruksi<\/b><\/strong><\/h3><p>Ruang lingkup proyek ini meliputi penyelesaian penyusunan paket teknologi proses pengolahan air, berkolaborasi dengan unit desain untuk menyelesaikan desain teknik; Memberikan pasokan peralatan, memberikan panduan di tempat untuk pemasangan sistem peralatan, mengawasi commissioning sistem, dan mengelola operasi uji coba sebelum peluncuran produksi.<\/p><p>(1) Penyusunan paket teknologi proses pengolahan air dan kerjasama dengan unit desain untuk menyelesaikan desain teknik: Mengembangkan paket teknologi proses untuk menyediakan data dan bahan yang diperlukan untuk desain teknik; Membantu unit desain dalam menyelesaikan desain awal dan desain gambar konstruksi untuk instalasi pengolahan air, dan memberikan komentar tinjauan tentang desain yang relevan.<\/p><p>(2) Pasokan peralatan: Ruang lingkup pekerjaan penjual meliputi desain, pembuatan, pengujian, pengemasan, transportasi, pembongkaran, dan pengangkatan serta pemosisian semua peralatan dalam lingkup pasokan.<\/p><p>(3) Panduan di tempat untuk pemasangan sistem peralatan: Penjual harus mengirimkan teknisi yang mahir secara teknis, sangat terampil, dan rajin untuk memberikan panduan teknis di tempat selama pemasangan, commissioning, dan pengoperasian peralatan.<\/p><p>(4) Debugging sistem: Penjual bertanggung jawab atas debugging mesin tunggal dan debugging bersama sistem (termasuk alokasi personel selama debugging).<\/p><p>Penjual harus menyediakan persiapan peralatan, alokasi alat, dan layanan evaluasi kinerja pemantauan kualitas air pihak ketiga. Penjual bertanggung jawab untuk menyusun manual operasi percobaan dan manual operasional yang diperlukan selama proses produksi. Penjual harus menentukan penyimpangan dari persyaratan pembeli dalam bentuk tabel penyimpangan berdasarkan produk mereka sendiri, asalkan penyimpangan ini harus melebihi persyaratan yang ditentukan pembeli. <\/li><\/ol><p>(6) Garis batas pengiriman peralatan<\/p><ol><li>Penjual bertanggung jawab atas pasokan peralatan lengkap, termasuk pengiriman dan pemasangan peralatan itu sendiri dan aksesori pemasangan.<\/li><li>Di persimpangan antara pipa utama saluran masuk air eksternal dan antarmuka saluran masuk peralatan pengolahan air, serta pada titik koneksi antara outlet peralatan pengolahan air dan antarmuka tangki terintegrasi. Penjual harus menyediakan flensa dan baut jangkar di area batas antarmuka. Flensa harus sesuai dengan standar HG20592 (Seri A), dengan peringkat tekanan PN16 dan RF. Gasket dalam peralatan lengkap harus memenuhi spesifikasi HG\/T20606-2009 menggunakan pelat polytetrafluoroethylene. Pengencang harus mematuhi standar HG \/ T20613-2009.    <\/li><li>Penjual bertanggung jawab untuk memasok platform operasi dan pemeliharaan peralatan, tangga, pagar pembatas, dll.<\/li><\/ol><p>(7) Garis batas pasokan listrik<\/p><ol><li>Antarmuka harus dibatasi oleh blok terminal di ujung bawah kabinet distribusi. Kabinet distribusi utama harus dipasang secara seragam di ruang distribusi tegangan rendah, dengan kabinet distribusi utama dan catu daya utama menjadi tanggung jawab pembeli. <\/li><li>Kabel daya eksternal dan kabel kontrol harus dihubungkan oleh pemasok ke kotak kontrol listrik setiap unit peralatan, sedangkan kabel di dalam ruang peralatan harus disediakan oleh penjual.<\/li><li>Ruang lingkup kontrak pemasok peralatan tidak termasuk sistem kontrol pusat.<\/li><\/ol><p>Proses penggunaan kembali harus mengatasi masalah kekerasan air baku dengan memilih teknologi pengolahan yang tepat untuk menghilangkan ion kalsium dan magnesium secara efektif, memastikan tingkat kekerasan memenuhi persyaratan kualitas air untuk persiapan cairan rekahan. Selain itu, penghapusan kontaminan lain secara komprehensif harus diterapkan untuk memfasilitasi penggunaan kembali air limbah yang aman. Penghilangan kekerasan biasanya menggunakan tiga metode perawatan utama: pertukaran ion, pengerasan kimia, dan pengerasan berbasis membran. Setiap pendekatan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda dan skenario yang dapat diterapkan. Teknologi pertukaran ion dan membran umumnya cocok untuk air dengan kualitas yang menguntungkan dan tingkat polusi yang relatif rendah, karena kekerasan yang berlebihan dan kontaminan organik sering menyebabkan tantangan operasional karena sering mengotori dan menyumbat. Pengerasan kimia, sekaligus menawarkan penerapan yang luas dan fleksibilitas operasional, menghasilkan residu lumpur. Ketika tingkat penghilangan kekerasan tinggi atau nilai kontrol kekerasan pelepasan rendah diperlukan, operasi serial multi-tahap menjadi diperlukan, meningkatkan kompleksitas operasional. Efektivitas pengerasan kimia secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kandungan dan sifat polimer dalam air baku. Polimer dengan berat molekul tinggi dengan rantai panjang dan viskositas tinggi menunjukkan kemampuan dispersi yang kuat, bertindak sebagai anti-flokulan yang mengganggu flokulasi efektif dan pemisahan koloid, sehingga mengurangi efisiensi pemisahan padat-cair. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, solusi ini menggabungkan unit pemecah gel elektrokimia. Pendekatan ini memanfaatkan fitur dan kekuatan unik dari setiap unit pengolahan untuk memastikan pengolahan air baku yang efektif dan penggunaan kembali yang aman dan stabil. <\/p><p>Menurut rencana induk, air olahan dari skema ini dan air Sungai Kuning membentuk sumber air yang retak.
